The room was nice and the staffs are very friendly and attentive. Complaint only that the mattress are too soft.

The only criticism I have is that there was no room service and the restaurant was closed in the afternoon and evening of 25 and 26 December. This would not have been a problem had it not been communicated in an email at relatively short notice. It would have been good to have been made aware of this on booking.
