Gastronomy in the Hotel Krone Tübingen

The starter meal is available at Hotel Krone Tübingen from 6.45 a.m. for early risers and until 10.30 a.m. for late risers. A sumptuous breakfast buffet awaits you, which is of course included in the room rate for hotel guests.

As a hotel guest, would you like to invite external guests to enjoy our breakfast together with coffee, tea and many other delicacies? This is possible on request for € 30 per person.

At the buffet you will find everything you need for a fresh, enjoyable and energising start to the day. From homemade Bircher muesli with fresh fruit and various types of yoghurt to freshly baked bread rolls, croissants and sweet and savoury delicacies, there is everything your breakfast heart desires. Ludwigs is our trendy all-round culinary genius that accompanies our guests through the day with delicacies from morning to night. After all, genius comes from enjoyment - and you can never have enough of that at Ludwigs.

We start with a casual-cool breakfast with vegan bowls and egg dishes. At lunchtime, we spoil you in our restaurant in Tübingen with a casual business lunch that changes every week and offers a three-part selection of delicacies with a starter, main course and dessert - all served at the same time.

In the evening, the motto is: trendy dining in the Ludwigs restaurant with varied and colourful delicacies from the antipasti plate to the classic Wiener Schnitzel to the orange tart or the classic apple strudel. And all this in a cool, relaxed atmosphere with a real feel-good vibe!

Gastronomy in Tübingen is like wine: tasty and colourful. Always worth a visit, especially for vinophile gourmets, is our Vinothek, the charming wine bar in the Hotel Krone with 150 items on the more than extensive wine list. Combined with the culinary delights from the Ludwigs kitchen, this is the perfect setting for relaxed evenings of wine and dine!

Open daily for lunch from 11.30 a.m. to 2 p.m. and in the evening from 6 p.m., we invite you to take a short or long wine trip to the elegant vineyards of Tuscany, the South of France or the Rheingau in our restaurant in Tübingen. Wherever your love of wine takes you. We will also be happy to advise you and serve you a relaxed menu with wine accompaniment.
